摘要
为提高掩埋双p n结 (BDJ)波长探测器对弱光探测的信噪比 ,不采用其一般的光电导工作模式 ,而应用它的光伏工作模式 ,并借助锁相放大技术 ,测量上下 2个p n结的光生电压 ,不仅得到了光生电流比与波长的关系曲线 ,而且抑制了大量噪声 。
The buried double p n junction (BDJ) detector in the photoconduction mode is operated in a reverse bias to measure the current and is not suitable to measure weak light signals because of its low signal noise ratio. But by virtue of a lock in amplifier, the BDJ detector in the photovoltaic mode, which is operated to measure the photovoltage, not only can determine the wavelength of the incidence light, but also can depress lots of noise. Therefore, it is more suitable for the weak signal detection.
