介绍林则徐的生平与经历以及他对江河水利的治理方策,从而为后世治理水患提供借鉴。
This paper introduces Lin Zexu's career, experience and his way to bring rivers water conservancy under control, from which we can draw lessons for our descendants in regulating water conservancy.
