摘要
加入世贸组织后,我国的劳资关系将呈现多元化、复杂化、国际化的趋势,劳动者的权益保障显得更加迫切。而协调劳资关系的途径也将是多方面的,其中最重要的是完善和加强劳工标准立法。
After the entry into WTO the labour-capital relations will appear the trend of multivariancy , complexity and internationalization, so it seems urgent to safeguard the the rights and interests of labours . However, the ways to harmonize the labour and the capital are many-sided , among them what counts is to perfect and strengthen the legislation of the labour criterions .
