Appropriate application of case analysis helps to improve the effect of Basis-to-Law teaching. The authors make a discussion over how to use case analysis in teaching Basis-to-Law in accordance with their experience in teaching. Case analysis shall aim to increase students' interest and learning enthusiasm. This method shall be used flexibly.;
