国产长春瑞滨联合顺铂治疗转移性乳腺癌的临床研究

Clinical Study of Treatment of Transfer Breast Cancer with Vinorelbine and Cisplatin

目的 :探讨国产长春瑞滨联合顺铂治疗转移性乳腺癌的近期疗效及其毒性反应。方法 :长春瑞滨 (NVB)2 5mg/m2 静滴第 1d,第 8d ,应用长春瑞滨后予生理盐水 2 5 0ml加地塞米松 1 0mg快速静滴。顺铂 (DDP) 3 0mg/m2 第 1d至第3d(NP方案 )同时水化利尿。 2 8d为 1周期。治疗 2周期后评价疗效。结果 :全组 48例 ,CR 2例 ,PR 2 7例 ,SD 1 2例 ,PD 7例 ,总有效率 60 .4% ,初治有效率 84.6% ,复治有效率 5 4.3 %。主要毒副反应为白细胞减少。结论 :以长春瑞滨为主的联合方案对晚期乳腺癌有较好疗效 ,毒副反应可以耐受。

Objective:To study the efficacy and toxicity of homemade vinorelbine plus cisplatin combination chemotherapy in treatment of metastatic breast Cancer.Methods:Vinorelbine 25mg/m 2iv drop for day1,and day8;Cisplatin 30mg/m 2iv drop for d1～d3,It was reprated every 28 days ,Effect has been evalutated after 2 cyeles.Results:There are 48 pationts,there are 2 complete respose and 27 partial respose.Stable of diease 11 and 7 progressed. The overall respose rate was 60.4%.Ieukopenia was the most frequent toxicity.Conclasion:The NP combination chemotheraphy was effective for metastatic breast cancer and the toxicities were tolerable.
