力尔凡对晚期肺癌化疗增效减毒作用的临床研究

Clinical Observation of Chemotherapy Combined with Lifein for Late Lung Cancer

目的 :探讨力尔凡配合化疗治疗晚期肺癌的疗效。方法 :将 1 0 9例晚期肺癌患者随机分 2组 ,实验组 5 2例 ,对照组 5 7例 ,实验组力尔凡配合CAP、COA与CE交替方案化疗 ,对照组单纯用CAP、COA与CE交替方案化疗。结果 :实验组总有效率 (CR +PR) 48 1 % ( 2 5 / 5 2 ) ,对照组 (CR +PR) 3 1 6% ( 1 8/ 5 7) ;白细胞下降、血小板下降、肝功能损害等不良反应实验组均比对照组明显减轻。结论 :力尔凡配合化疗治疗晚期肺癌疗效好 ,不良反应小。

Objective:To evaluat the value of chemotherapy combined with lifein for advanced Lung cancer.Methods:One hundred-nine cases were randomly divided into two groups,fifty-two cases were treated with CAP,COA or CE regimen chemotherapy combined with LIFEIN (treated group) and fifty-seven cases were treated with ceregimen chemotherapy alone (contral group).Results:The overall response rate were 48.1%(25/52) v.s.31.6%(18/57) for these two contral group (P<0.01).Conclusion:The group that treated with CAP COE or CE. Chemotherapy combined with lifein got better effect and the toxi action was lighter.
