责任感 (责任心 )就是个体对完成自己分内事的自觉和负责态度以及产生的情感体验。当今学生责任心缺失的现象让我们认识到培养学生责任心的紧迫性和重要性。

The sense of responsibility is the feeling experience produced by the conscious and responsible attitude of the individual to fulfill his own work. The students’lack of responsibility at present makes us realize the urgency and importance of fostering the students’ sense of responsibility. The paper puts forward several specific measures of fostering the students’ sense of responsibility.
