摘要
我们测定了 9例正常成熟脑,5例正常胎脑,54例脑肿瘤组织的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)。结果表明,脑肿瘤组织SOD含量显著低于正常成熟脑组织,而且其恶性度越大,SOD水平也越低。亦提示,脑肿瘤组织SOD水平与细胞分化程度有关。虽然我们未观察到肿瘤组织Mn-SOD极低或缺失现象,但从胎脑分别与正常成熟脑、良性、恶性肿瘤组织的比较中,可能提示Mn-SOD在肿瘤的形成过程中起着重要作用。
The superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity wasdetermined in 54 brain tumor tissue. The findingswere compared with that in 9 normal adult brainand 5 fetalbrain tissue. The results showed thatboth CuZnSOD and MnSOD activities in braintumors were significantly reduced than that innormal adult brain and the level of SOD wascorrelated well with the malignancy of braintumor. Although lack of MnSOD in the braintumor tissue could not be demonstrated in thepresent study, from our data it was also suggestedthat MnSOD might play an important role in theinitiation and promotion of carcinogenesis.
