新生儿垂体的应用解剖学研究

摘要 目的 :对新生儿垂体的形态和毗邻进行解剖观察和测量。方法 :对 6例足月新生儿尸体进行解剖观察和测试。结果 :垂体的垂直径为 4 .2 0± 0 .76mm ,横径为 9.80± 0 .89mm ,前后径为 5 .2 2± 0 .82mm。鞍隔孔横径为 5 .2± 0 .86mm ,前后径为 4 .2 6± 0 .72mm。漏斗长 7.5 6± 0 .74mm。结论 Objective: Investigate the applied anatomy study on hypophysis of anw-born infant. Methods:There are 67 full-term newborn corpse were used for the study. The form and relations of their hypophysis were detected,observed and measured.Results: The vertical diameter of the hypophysis is 4.20±0.76mm,the transverse diameter is 9.80±0.89mm,the anteroposterior diameter is 5.22±0.82mm.The transverse diameter of diaphragm sellae hole is 5.82±0.86mm,its anteroposterior diameter is 0.26±0.72mm .The length of infandibulum is 7.56±0.74mm.Conclusions:The top of hypophysis of new-born has projected over the diaphragma sellae hole.
