上尿路结石并发急性肾衰的诊治

Diagnosis and management of upper urinary tract stones accompanied by acute renal failure

目的 :探讨上尿路结石并发急性肾衰的诊断与治疗。方法 :回顾性分析 1 8例上尿路结石并发急性肾衰患者的临床资料。结果 :1 0例行一次急诊双侧输尿管或 /和肾盂取石术 ,5例行一侧取石术 ,3例行分次两侧手术。全部患者痊愈出院。结论 :早期诊断 ,及早解除梗阻是保护和改善肾功能的关键。

Objective: To study the diagnosis and treatment of upper urinary tract stones accompanied by acute renal failure. Methods:18 cases of upper urinary tract stones accompanied by acute renal failure were reviewed. Results:Emergencey bilateral removing stones of ureter or/and kidney was performed in 10 cases, unilateral operation in 5 and staging operation in 3, All the patients have recovered satisfactorily. Conclusion:Early diagnosis and relief of the obstruction are the key points to protect and retain the renal function.
