自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗复发性翼状胬肉

Autografts limbal stem cells transplantation in treatment of recurrent pterygium

目的 :观察自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗复发性翼状胬肉的临床效果。方法 :对 33例36眼复发性翼状胬肉采取显微镜下手术切除局部病灶联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术 ,术后随访 6～ 36个月 ,平均 2 0个月。结果 :术后植片存活良好 ,无排斥反应或其它并发症发生。随访期间 1眼复发 ,复发率为 2 .78%。结论 :自体角膜缘干细胞移植术为受损的角膜缘提供新的健康的干细胞 ,有效地防止翼状胬肉的复发 ,是一种治疗复发性翼状胬肉的简单、安全、有效的手术方法。

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of limbal stem cells autograft transplantation for treatment of recurrent pterygium. Methods: Limbal stem cells autograft transplantation was performed on 33 cases (36 eyes) with recurrent pterygium. The post-operative follow-up periods ranged from 6 to 36 months, average 20 months. Results: All of the grafts survived well and no immunological rejection or other complication occurred. Recurrence occurred in 1 eye in the follow-up period,Recurrence rate was 2.78%. Conclusion: Limbal stem cells autograft transplantation could provide new stem cells for injured limbus. It is a surgery method of simple and safe and effective for the treatment of recurrent pterygium.
