摘要
目的 :探讨爱宝疗浓缩液联合免疫调节剂治疗女性尖锐湿疣的治疗效果。方法 :将确诊患尖锐湿疣的女性患者 6 0例 ,随机分成二组 ,4 5例应用爱宝疗浓缩液联合应用免疫调节剂 (转移因子 ) ;1 5例单纯应用爱宝疗浓缩液 ,观察其疗效及复发机率。结果 :4 5例联合应用爱宝疗浓缩液和免疫调节剂治疗 ,治愈率 1 0 0 % ,随访半年 ,复发 1例 ,复发率 2 .2 % ,1 5例单独应用爱宝疗浓缩液 ,治愈率也1 0 0 % ,但随访 2～ 3个月后复发 3例 ,复发率 2 0 % ,(前者明显优于后者 )。结论 :女性尖锐湿疣 ,单独应用爱宝疗浓缩液治疗或爱宝疗浓缩液联合免疫调节剂治疗。均有很好的疗效。但单独应用爱宝疗容易复发 ,联合应用免疫调节剂能够明显减少复发。
Objective: To study the effect of Aibaoliao fluid combined immunomodulation condyloma acuminatum. Method: 60 cases pointed warts were divided into two group 45 cases treated with Aibaoliao combined immunomodulation I group, 15 cases with Aibaoliao fluid only, Group II and then observe the effect and recurrence rate. Result: All the patients were followed for half a year. The cure rate is 100% in both group. Only one case recurrent in group I. The recurrence rate is 2.2%. While in group II. The recurrence rate is 20% (3 cases) after following up for 2～3 months. Conclusion: Both of the treating method is effective. However. It's easy to recurrent for the only Aibaoliao. Combining immunomodulation decrease the recurrence significantly.
