微创血肿清除术治疗高血压脑出血41例临床分析

Analysis of minimally invasive hematoma removed surgery in 41 cases hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage

目的 :探讨微创血肿清除术治疗高血压脑出血的临床疗效 :方法 :对收治的 4 1例高血压脑出血患者采用颅内血肿粉碎穿刺针治疗。结果 :4 1例均一次穿刺成功 ,2 8例术后 3～ 4d复查CT证实原血肿已基本消失 ,5例术后 5～ 6d复查CT证实血肿已基本消失 ,8例因微创术后病情恶化而死亡。其余均无并发症出现 ,术后均痊愈出院。结论

Objective:To study the results of minimally invasive hematoma removed surgery for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods :By using intracranial hematoma smash thread to removed the 41 cases hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Results:Thread successful rate was 100%, the three to four days postoperative CT scan showed that the hematoma was removed in 28 cases, the five to six days postoperative CT scan showed that the hematoma was removed in five cases, and eight cases died for pathological in postoperative. Conclusion:Minimally invasive hematoma removed surgery was effective methods on hyppertensire intracerebral hemorrhage.
