连续性静-静脉血液滤过治疗急性创伤后急性肾功衰竭的护理

Nursing of patients with acute renal failure after trauma who were treated by continuous venovenous hemofiltration

目的 :观察应用连续性静 -静脉血液滤过 (CVVH)治疗严重创伤后急性肾功衰竭 (ARF)的疗效 ,评价护理方法的作用。方法 :应用 CVVH治疗创伤后 ARF的病人 ,观察血管通路的护理、抗凝方法的选用、液体平衡的管理、监测生命体征等护理方法在治疗中的作用。结果 :3例病人康复 ,2例死亡。结论 :应用 CVVH治疗严重创伤后 ARF病人 ,可以改善临床症状 ,提高生存率 。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of continuous venovenous hemofiltration (CVVH) on patients with acute renal failure (ARF) after trauma and its nursing. Methods:We applied CVVH to the patients with ARF after trauma and investigate the effects of nursing care of the veins ,the choice of anticoagulation ,the management of liquid balance, monitoring life sign and so on in the treatment of ARF. Results: Three patients recovered and 2 died. Conclusion: The application of CVVH to patients with ARF may result in the improvement of clinical symptoms , increasing survival rate and correct nursing care may be important.
