摘要 目的 :旨在为防治大鼠半乳糖性白内障提供实验依据 ,进而为探索防治老年性白内障提供一定的理论依据。方法 :分别给予纯系 Wistar大鼠 4~ 5周龄腹腔注射 SOD,SOD和 Zn,SOD、 Zn和 Vc,共观察 2 0 d。结果 :SOD,SOD和 Zn,SOD、 Zn和 Vc联合用药均可使 Na- K ATP酶、Mg- ATP酶活性显著增高 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :不同药物组对晶体混浊的抑制作用不同 。 Objective: To provide the experimental evidence for the prevention and cure of galactose cataract in rats, adding the theoretical evidence to the prevention and cure of senile cataract. Methods:Wistar rats, aged 4~5weeks, were injected with SOD, SOD and Zn, SOD, Zn and Vc in the greater peritoneal cavity, respectively. All the rats were observed for 20 days. Results:Combined administration of SOD, SOD and Zn, SOD, Zn and Vc significantly increased Na-K ATPase and Mg-ATPase activities (P<0.01). Conclusions: Different drugs have different inhibitory effects on the crystal opacity. Both combined treatment and single treatment have the evident effect on the crystal opacity.
