Preparation of 2,4-Difluoro benzoic acid with uniform design

目的 :以 2 ,4—二硝基甲苯为起始原料合成 2 ,4—二氟苯甲酸 ;方法 :应用均匀设计于标题化合物的工艺研究中 ;结果 :反应总收率可达 5 8.6 % ;结论 :应用均匀设计优化反应条件 。

Objective:2,4-Difluoro benzoic acid was prepared by using 2,4-dinitro methylbenzene as initial material.Method:The uniform design was applied to technological study of the title compound.Results:The overall yield was 58.6%.Conclusion:The application of the uniform design can optimize the reaction condition,increasing the yield.
