摘要
基于图像采集卡DH-CG200和数据采集卡PCL818L,设计了等离子弧焊接焊缝偏差的实时检测与控制系统。在实现过程中采用了双缓冲、多线程、多媒体定时器等关键技术,保证了系统的实时性和可靠性。
This paper introduces a system of weld deviation monitoring in real time based on the image acquisition card DH-CG200 and data acquisition card PCL818L. The system adopts key technologies such as double buffers, multithreading and multimedia timer. These key technologies assure the efficiency and stability.
