产生人抗体的转基因和转染色体动物研究进展

摘要
鼠单克隆抗体应用于临床的弊端是它具有免疫原性 ,可行的办法是将鼠单克隆抗体人源化。抗体人源化的过程已由鼠嵌合抗体发展到了转基因动物表达完全人抗体阶段 ,表达完全人抗体的转基因动物有鼠、牛等。
