常规剂量与小剂量辛伐他汀伍用复方丹参滴丸的降脂疗效及毒副作用观察

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect and Side Effect of Conventional Dosage of Simvatatin and Lower Dosage of Simvatatin Combining with Danshen Dropping Pills

目的 :探讨小剂量中西调脂药物合用的降脂疗效。方法 :冠心病合并高脂血症 10 4例 ,随机分为A、B两组 ,分别接受小剂量辛伐他汀 ( 5mg)伍用复方丹参滴丸与常规剂量辛伐他汀 ( 2 0mg)治疗 ,检测血浆中总胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (LDL -C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL -C)及脂蛋白小a(LP(a) )、谷氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、门冬氨酸转移酶 (AST)、肌酸磷酸激酶 (CK)治疗前后的变化。结果 :两组均能明显降低TC、TG、LDL -C ,增高HDL-C。A组降低TG更明显 ,并有降低LP(a)的作用 ;B组不能降低LP(a) ,A组毒副作用的发生率更低。结论 :小剂量辛伐他汀伍用复方丹参滴丸有全面的调脂作用 ,毒副作用少 ,更适合长期应用。

Objectives:To probe the therapeutic effect of the combining Traditional Chinese Medicine and Sinvatatin that can decrease the lipid level in serum.Methods:104 cases ofcoronary heart disease complicating with hyperlipemia are divided into group A and B randomly, and treated by lower dosage of Simvatatin (5mg) combining with Danshen Dropping pills and compared with conventional dosage of Sinvatatin (20mg) respectively, and measured the change of TC,TG,LDL_C,HDL_C and LP (a), AST, ALT and CK in serum before and after the treatment.Results:In both group, TC, TG and LDL_C cab be decreased and HDL_C can be increased. But in group A, the effect is more obvious. LP (a) also can be decreased and there are fewer side effects in group A. Conclusions:Lower dosage of Simvatatin combining with Danshen Dropping Pills has good effect, and fewer side effects and is more suitable for long duration treatment.
