摘要
目的 :了解军事三项运动员在两种海拔高原环境下集训后的血中T、E2 、Cort、Zn、Cu、CP的变化情况。方法 :于 15 70m和 2 86 5m两个海拔训练环境下完成一个集训周期 (2 8天 )后 ,分别采集次日晨空腹静脉血 ,分离血清于 - 40℃保存 ,待测。结果 :男、女队员的T、E2 、Cort、Zn、Cu在两个海拔高度训练后相差显著 (P <0 .0 5 )和非常显著 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :生长激素对两种高度的训练在生理意义上没有影响 ;男子进入 2 86 5m训练后 ,分解代谢要大于合成代谢 ;女子的T要高于正常人群 (0 .75~ 3.15nmol L)上限近 3倍 ,大于 15 70m训练时的 3倍。T、E2 的升高相应增加机体的消耗 ,注重蛋白质、微量元素补充有利于疲劳恢复。女子Fe、Zn、Cu的供给应高于供给量的标准 ,特别是Fe的供给更为重要。
Abstract Objective To observe the changes of T,E 2,Cort, Zn, Cu, CP in the blood of the athletes to take part in a certain 3 military events after their trainning.Method:After their trainning circle (28 days) at the two altitudes of 1 570m and 2 865m, we took their venous blood on an empty stomach the next day respectively, separated serum and preserved it below - 40℃ for testing. Result:The result shows that trainning at the two altitudes of 1 570 m and 2 865 m, both male and female athletes show distinct differences(P<0.05) and (P<0.01) in T, E 2, Cort, Zn, Cu and CP in their blood.Conclusion:Growth hormone has no influence on the training at the two altitudes physiologically. Trainning at the altitude of 2 865m, the male athletes' catabolism is higher than their anabolism; Female athletes' T item is nearly 3 times (0.75~3.15)nmol/L higher (from the upper limit) than ordinary group, and 3 times higher than that of the trainning under 1 570m altitude. The rising of T,E 2 exhausts more energy, and the supplement of protein and microelement is favorable to recovering from fatigue. The supplement of Fe,Zn,Cu to the female athletes should be higher than the required dosage, especially Fe.etc.
