摘要
目的 探讨去交感神经状态对肝脏功能的影响。方法 健康Wistar大鼠 80只随机分为 4组 :对照组、CCl4组、6 OHDA组和CCl4 +6 OHDA组。应用 6 OHDA制作去交感神经动物模型 ,应用CCl4 制作急性肝损伤模型。各组分别经“去交感神经”和“急性肝损伤”处理后 ,检测不同处理组的各项肝功能指标。结果 在肝损伤的情况下 ,去交感神经状态有利于蛋白的合成、胆红素的代谢、能量的代谢和ICG排泄 ,同时也使低血钾的程度减轻。单独去交感神经对肝功能的影响不明显。结论 去交感神经状态可减轻CCl4 致肝损伤时肝功能损害的程度。
Objective To observe the effects of sympathetic denervation of the liver on liver function in the normal and chemically injured liver. Methods Eighty healthy male Wistar rats were divided randomly into four groups: control, carbon tetrachloride group (CCl 4), 6 hydroxydopamine group (6 OHDA), and CCl 4+6 OHDA group. Chemical denervation model was prepared by injection of 6 OHDA (2 ml, 100 mg/L) through the mesenteric vein of jejunum loop. Acute liver injury model was established by using CCl 4. Blood chemistry, ATP, arterial ketone body ratio (AKBR) and indocyanine green (ICG15) in each group were determined after treatment of sympathetic denervation and acute liver injury. Results Chemical denervation resulted in significant changes of parameters under acute liver injury, and has beneficial effects on protein anabolism, metabolism of bilirubin and energy, ICG excretion, and alleviation of low potassium in serum. However, simple sympathetic denervation had no effect on liver function. Conclusion Sympathetic denervation can alleviate liver injury due to CCl 4, and has beneficial effects on liver function.
