摘要
目的 探讨无滑膜肌腱在皮下滑囊腔内滑膜化的可行性。方法 将兔腓长肌腱段放入预制的自体皮下滑囊腔进行在体培养 ,通过大体、组织学、超微结构以及免疫组化等观察 ,对无滑膜肌腱滑膜化改造情况进行研究。结果 无滑膜肌腱在人造皮下滑囊腔存活游离状态 ,呈其表面形成光滑的膜样结构 ,超微结构显示滑膜化肌腱表面光滑 ,有微孔样结构 ,表层细胞具有滑膜A、B型细胞的超微结构特点 ,免疫组化显示表达VCAM 1和CD68阳性 ,UDPGD酶高活性。
Objective To study the changes of non synovial tendon in artificial subcutaneous synovial bursa. Methods Rabbit gastrocnemius muscle segment was put into the artificial autogenous subcutaneous synovial bursa prepared by burying a silica gel bag in rabbit subcutaneous synovial bursa for culture in vivo . The changes of tendon were observed and the properties of the surface membrane of synovialized tendon were studied macroscopically, histologically, and ultrastructurally. Results The non synovial tendon survived in the artificial subcutaneous synovial bursa, and a smooth membrane appeared on the tendon surface. Scanning electron microscopy revealed a smooth surface and micropore structure on it, and transmission electron microscopy showed the ultrastructures of Type A and B cells. The surface cells of synovialized tendon expressed VCAM 1 and CD68, and high activity of uridine diphosphoglucose dehydrogenase (UDPGD). Conclusion Non synovial tendon can be synovialized after being placed in artificial subcutaneous synovial bursa, and its surface cells have the phenotype character of the synoviocytes.
