摘要
目的 :用USPHS系统评价两种材料 (Dyract和光固化复合树脂 )修复楔形缺损的临床疗效。方法 :用Dyract修复楔缺牙 16 4个 ,光固化复合树脂修复楔缺牙 14 0个 ,USPHS系统对 2年后的随访结果进行评价。结果 :Dyract组 2年成功率 92 .0 7% ,光固化复合树脂组 2年成功率 5 6 .4 3% ,两者成功率相比差异有显著性。结论 :Dyract修复楔缺成功率高 ,优点多。楔缺程度影响成功率。
AIM:To evaluate clinically two materials (Dyract and light-curing composite)for restoration of dental wedge-shaped defects with modified USPHS evaluation criterion.METHODS:164 teeth with wedge-shaped defects were restored by Dyract and 140 teeth by light-curing composite. The 2 years follow-up results were evaluated with modified USPHS evaluation criterion.RESULTS:2 years successful rates were 92.07% in Dyract and 56.43% in light-curing composite. The differences of successful rates between the two groups were significant statistically. CONCLUSION:Dyract has high successful rates and lots of advantages for restoration of dental wedge-shaped defects. Successful rates were related with abrasive degree of the restored teeth.
