摘要
目的 探讨心包恶性间皮瘤的临床病理诊断及其免疫组化表达的意义。方法 应用常规病理、免疫组化观察 3例心包恶性间皮瘤并复习相关文献。结果 2例心包恶性间皮瘤呈上皮样组织学改变 (上皮样型间皮瘤 ) ,HBME 1和EMA( +) ,CEA( - )。 1例为梭形细胞呈肉瘤样组织学变化 (肉瘤样型间皮瘤 ) ,HBME 1、EMA、CEA、vimentin、desmin、CD34和Ⅷ因子均 ( - )。结论 心包恶性间皮瘤是一种罕见的肿瘤。免疫组化标记对该肿瘤的诊断及鉴别诊断有一定的意义。
Objective To explore the clinicopathological and immunohistochemical characteristics of malignant mesothelioma in pericardium (MMP). Methods Three cases of MMP were studied with conventional histopathological and immunohistochemical stains. Results The histopathological appearance showed epithelioid growth pattern (epithelial mesothelioma)in two cases. The tumor cells were positive for HBME-1 and EMA, negative for CEA in two cases. The other one case, mimicked spindl cell sarcoma (sarcomatous mesothelioma), which was negative for HBME-1, EMA, CEA, vimentin, desmin, CD34 and Factor Ⅷ. Conclusions MMP is an extremely rare tumor. Immunohistochemical markers play an improtant role in diagnosis and distinction between MMP and other tumors in pericardium.
