摘要
目的 :本研究探讨新形势下我军陆军学院学员应具备的心理品质 ,以建立我军陆军学院学员胜任特征模型 .方法 :采用文献回顾、特尔菲专家评判法和多级估量模糊集评判技术 ;2 6名心理学和军事学专家参加优秀初级军官心理品质的筛选并编制《优秀初级军官心理品质调查表》 ;1 1 4 3名军校学员和 2 74 1名部队军官完成该调查 ;1 4名专家经访谈在 37项指标中筛选出陆军学院学员胜任特征评价指标 .结果 :根据模糊集评判原则将 37项指标分为三个评价水平构建了我军初级军官心理品质评价模型 ;事业心、决策能力、管理能力等 1 1项心理指标构成我军陆军学院学员胜任特征模型 .结论 :该胜任特征模型为陆军学院学员的选拔研究提供了重要的理论依据 .
AIM: To investigate the psychological quality of qualified military academy cadets under the current situations and to establish a competency model for the selection of military academy cadets. METHODS: Following the literature review, 26 experts in the field of psychology and military administration, using Delphi's and the technique of multigrade fuzzy set, screened evaluating items for the questionnaire assessing the psychological qualifications of low ranking commanders. 1143 cadets and 2741 officers were asked to give the value of multigrade fuzzy to the items in the questionnaire and based on the results, 14 experts in the field of psychology military administration decided on the evaluating items of psychological qualifications for military academy cadets. RESULTS: By means of multigrade fuzzy set, 37 items of psychological qualifications were chosen for the low ranking commanders and categorized into 3 levels. Out of the 37 items, 11 items such as devotion and decision making capability were picked out to establish the competency model for military academy cadets. CONCLUSION: This competency model provides a theoretical basis for the psychological selection of military academy cadets.
