摘要
目的 :观察Capella瞬态声诱发耳声发射 (transientevokedotoacousticemission ,TEOAE)仪回声检测模式 (echo screenmodel)下新生儿听力筛查的特征 .方法 :在环境噪声≤4 0dBSPL的环境中对孕期无疾病及用药史、足月、出生后发育正常、生理反射健全 ,体质量 2 .5kg以上的健康新生儿先行畸变产物耳声发射 (distortionproductotoacousticemission ,DPOAE)检测后再进行CapellaTEOAEecho screen模式听力筛查 1 4 7例 .平均日龄 2 .5d ,男∶女 =3∶2 ,顺产∶剖腹产 =4∶1 1 .结果 :对 1 4 7例健康新生儿检测中 ,有 5例转诊 (3.4 % ) ,该 5例在 4 2d后通过中耳分析与听性脑干反应 (auditorybrainstemresponse,ABR)检查而排除 ;6例左耳未通过初筛 ,满月时通过复筛 .平均用时 (2 3.5± 2 0 .9)s ,男女及双耳之间无统计学差别 .结论 :Capella瞬态声诱发耳声发射仪回声检测模式结果客观、简单、易操作、耗时短、环境要求低 。
AIM: To study the characteristics of newborn hearing screening by transient evoked otoacoustic emission (TEOAE) echo screen model of Capella otoacoustic emission apparatus. METHODS: The 147 babies included in this study were all 1-3 d old, born with full months, with a weight of no less than 2.5 kg, with physiological reflects, without any abnormalities and their mother with no history of diseases or drug use during pregnancy. The babies first underwent distortion product otoacoustic emission (DPOAE) examination, then they were examined by Capella otoacoustic emission with the surrounding noise less than 40 dB SPL. RESULTS: Of the 147 cases, both ears were found 'refer' in 5 babies, and they passed the examination of auditory brainstem response (ABR) and the measurement of acoustic immittance at 42 days. Left ears were found 'refer' in 6 babies in the first screening and they passed one month later. The mean time used for the examination was (23.5±20.9) s and the rate of 'pass' and 'refer' between both ears or both genders was similar ( P >0.05). CONCLUSION: TEOAE echo screen model of Capella otoacoustic emission apparatus is a simple, objective, time saving examination, which can be performed with the surrounding noise under 40 dB SPL, and we it for newborn hearing screening.
