摘要
目的 :了解幼儿发育性髋关节脱位髋臼指数与其实际髋臼状况的关系。方法 :对 3 2例平均年龄 17.5个月单侧发育性髋关节脱位患儿的双髋关节在冠状面上进行MRI扫描 ,测量MRI骨性髋臼指数、MRI软骨性髋臼指数 ,并与X线片上髋臼指数进行对比。结果 :正常侧X线片髋臼指数比MRI骨性髋臼指数平均小 2 .1° ,比MRI软骨性髋臼指数平均大 16.6°。脱位侧X线片髋臼指数比MRI骨性髋臼指数平均小 2 .4° ,比MRI软骨性髋臼指数平均大 2 6°。结论
Objective:To study the relationship of acetabular index (AI) and real situation of the hip in patients with developmental dislocation of hip (DDH).Methods:32 children with average age 17.5 months of unilateral DDH were examined by MRI. The bony AIs and the cartilaginous AIs were measured on coronal view of MRI and anteroposterior view of roentgenograms.:The average AI of the normal hips on roentgenogram was 2.1° smaller than the bony AI on MRI, but 16.6° larger than the cartilaginous AI on MRI. The average AI of hip dislocation on roentgenogram was 2.4° smaller than the bony AI on MRI, but 26° larger than the cartilaginous AI on MRI.:The development of bony and cartilaginous acetabulum can be judged by the AI on roentgenogram.
