摘要
目的 :了解抗龋IgY和IgY牙膏在体外的抗变形链球菌作用。方法 :①将细菌用不同浓度的抗龋IgY和IgY牙膏培养 ,检测其抑菌圈、A60 0 时细菌的浓度和菌落计数。②用不同浓度和不同时间处理细菌后 ,将细菌在高糖培养基中培养 ,观察细菌黏附率的变化 ;或在普通培养基中培养 ,检查对细菌生长和培养基pH值的影响。结果 :①抑菌作用在 15 %抗龋IgY为 (9± 0 .3)mm ,0 .8%IgY为 (2± 0 .3)mm ,0 .8%IgY牙膏为 (1± 0 .1)mm。②抗龋IgY及其牙膏的作用经A60 0 检测结果低于对照组。 0 .8%IgY与其牙膏的A60 0 值有差异 (0 .0 85± 0 .4 1)~ (0 .4 95± 0 .0 2 7)。菌落计数的结果相同。③经加入IgY及其牙膏培养后 ,黏附率低于对照组 2 0 %~ 30 %。结论 :抗龋IgY和IgY牙膏均能在体外抑制细菌的生长和黏附作用。该牙膏中某些成分影响了抗龋IgY作用的发挥。
AIM: In order to study the anti-dental cariou IgY and its dentifrice against S.mutans in vitro . METHODS: ①The bacteria were cultured in different concentrations of IgY and IgY tooth paste and the inhibitory zone was detected.The number of the bacterial colony was counted.②The S.mutans ,after dealt with different concentration and different time of anti-dental carious IgY and its dentifrice,were cultured in high sugar medium to show the change of the rate of adhesion,or cultured in normal medium to show the growth of the bacteria and the change of pH in the medium. RESULTS: ①The inhibitor zone of 15% anti-dental caries IgY was (9±0.3) mm,and 0.8% IgY was (2±0.3 mm),but that of 0.8% dentifrice was only (1±0.1)mm.②The A _ 600 of IgY and its dentifrice were lower than the control.The A _ 600 was different between 0.8% IgY and dentifrice (from 0.085±0.041 to 0.495±0.027).The result of the number of the bacterial colony was same.③After cultured with IgY and dentifrice,the rate of adhesion was lower than control (from about 20% to 30%). CONCLUSION: Both of anti-dental carious IgY and its dentifrice could inhibit the bacteria growth and adhesion in vitro .But something in the dentifrice depressed the effect.
