摘要 IgGFc功能区的受体 (FcγR)在联系细胞免疫和体液免疫方面有其重要作用。体内多种细胞表面可表达IgGFc受体 ,并通过与免疫复合物的结合参与IgG介导的生理或病理过程 ,调节免疫反应。本文就近年来FcγR的生化特征和在口腔疾病中临床意义的研究进展作一综述。 Receptors for the Fc domain of immunoglobulin G(FcγR) provide an important link between humoral and cellular immune responses.IgG Fc receptor,expressed on several kinds of human cell,triggers multiple biological or pathological functions and mediates immune response via binding of immune complexes.This paper has a review of new progress about biochemical trait of FcγR and its clinical significance in oral disease.
