摘要 目的 :用电子射野影像装置研究放射治疗过程中的器官运动 ,以便对治疗部位进行自动监测。方法 :放射治疗前先采集 1幅治疗野的验证图片 ,使用互信息技术、模拟退火优化算法将其与治疗过程中实时采集的射野影像配准。结果 :计算得到放射治疗过程中由于肺呼吸而导致的器官运动参数。结论 :利用电子射野影像装置结合图象分析方法对器官运动分析是比较有效的。 OBJECTIVE:To investigate organs motion during radiotherapy using electronic portal image device (EPID) so that to automatically inspect on the treatment region.METHODS:A verification image of therapy region was gathered before radiotherapy,then mutual information technology and simulated annealing method were implemented to register the above image with real time portal images gathered during the treatment.RESULTS:The motion parameters of organs due to the breath of lungs during radiotherapy were gotten.CONCLUSIONS:It is effective to investigate organs motion with the electronic portal image device and image analysis.
