摘要 DNA芯片是指固着在固相载体上的DNA微阵列 ,可在 1个芯片上分析成千上万个肿瘤样本基因表达 ,现己广泛应用于肿瘤学研究。在妇科肿瘤研究中 ,通过DNA芯片分析正常组织与肿瘤组织基因表达的差别 ,可识别出肿瘤发展中有生物学关系的基因 ,有助于研究肿瘤发展的分子机制 ,为诊断和治疗提供新的途径。 DNA chip (microarray) carrying high density DNA microarrays onto a solid platform can analyse the differences in gene expression of thousands of tumor samples.Nowadays the technology has been widely applied to the research on tumors .In the research on gynecological tumors,some genes that may have biological effect in the process of carcinogenesis have been identified,which contribute to insight into molecular mechanisms involved in the development and progress of cancer and to provide new ways for tumor diagnosis and intervention.
