摘要
发放3G牌照已经成为关系到中国电信业与国民经济未来走向的重大课题。为了有效避免社会资源出现严重过剩及市场陷入过度竞争,在对国际移动电话市场竞争程度进行分析后,又对日本DoCoMo与美国Cingular模式进行了探讨,最后分析了国内移动运营商为避免过度竞争应采取的措施。
The 3G licensing is important topic that affects development of economy and telecom industry in China. This thesis analyzed the issues on market competition and resource allotment and studied international mobile communication market,such as Cingualar model in US and NTT DoCoMo in Japan. At last the author gave measurements that prevented domestic ope rators falling into excess competition.
