牛磺酸对STZ-糖尿病性白内障血清、房水和晶状体中丙氨酸对映体的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨牛磺酸对STZ-糖尿病性白内障血清、房水和晶状体中丙氨酸对映体的干预作用。方法 将60只雄性SD大鼠平均分为三组;对照组(Ⅰ)、STZ组(Ⅲ)和牛磺酸组(Ⅲ)。用STZ(55mg/kg)诱发白内障,毛细管电泳检测大鼠血清、房水和晶状体中丙氨酸对映体含量及其比率。结果4%牛磺酸能推迟STZ-糖尿病性白内障的发展。牛磺酸组和STZ组相比,血清、房水和晶状体中丙氨酸的D/L比值无显著性差异。结论 4%牛磺酸能推迟STZ-糖尿病性白内障的发展,但其作用与其血清、房水和晶状体中丙氨酸的D/L比值改变无相关性。 Objective To evaluate whether the taurine intervene enantiomeric ratios of alanine ( Ala) in serum, humor aqueous and lens in streptozotocin ( STZ) -diabetic cataracts rats. Methods Sixty male Sprague-Dowley ( SD ) rats were divided into normal control( I ) ,STZ( II ) and 4% taurine( III ) group. Cataract was induced by STZ(55 mg/kg b. w). The D/L ratios in serum,humor aqueous and lens from the rats of three groups were determined by capillary electrophoresis( CE) using β-cyclodextrin as chiral selector. Results ( 1 ) 4% taurine delayed the development of STZ-diabetic cataracts. (2) The D/L ratios of alanine in I group lens was significantly lower than that of group III (P =0. 01 ) , but there were no statistical difference between group II and group III (P=0. 381). (3) D/L ratio of alanine in serum in I group was significantly higher than (hat of group II and group III ,with the P value of 0. 049 and 0. 005 respectively,but no statistical difference between group II and group III(P = 0.267). (4) There were no statistical difference of D/L ratios of alanine in humor aqueous among all groups. Conclusions Taurine can intervene the formation of cataract in STZ-diabetic rats,but this effect was not related to the change of D/L ratios of alanine in serum,humor aqueous and lens.
