性别畸形的手术整复

Operative treatment of sex deformity

目的:探讨性别畸形手术整复中的几个问题。方法:自2002年1月-2002年10月,收治2例Ⅲ型女性假两性畸形和1例真两性畸形患者。根据患者的染色体核型、临床表现、社会性别、尿道膀胱造影、性腺病理检查与患者及其家长的意愿确定解剖生理性别,分别采用阴蒂成形术、大小阴唇再造术、阴茎切除术、卵睾切除术、尿道口与阴道口重建术再造女性外阴。结果:再造的女性外阴外形良好,功能正常,无任何并发症。结论:借助恰当的整形手术可为性别畸形患者重建逼真的符合既定性别的外阴。

Objective To probe the several problems about operative treatment of sex deformity. Methods Since January, 2002 to October, 2002, two cases of female pesudohermaphroditism and a true hermaphroditism were hospitalized in our department. The anatomic physiologic sex was defined by the karyotype, clinical manifestation, social sex, urethrocystography, the pathological examination of sexual gland and children and their parents' desire. The cli-toroplasty, labialplasty, the remove of cavernous body of penis, ovotestiectomy, meatus urinarius and vaginal orifice reconstruction were employed to reconstruct female vulva. Results The appearance and function of the reconstructive female vulva were very satisfactory. No complication appeared. Conclusion The lifelike vulva could be reconstructed by suitable plastic operation for the patient with sex deformity.
