摘要类风湿性关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)是一种慢性炎症性破坏性关节病.全世界大约有1%的人患有RA,到现在为止,对RA还缺乏有效的治疗手段.由于它会使人丧失劳动能力,给社会和经济带来极大的负面影响,所以对它的研究也就变得迫切.随着研究的深入,发现肿瘤坏死因子(tumour necrosis factor,TNF)在RA的发病中起着重要作用,抗TNF治疗RA能取得很好的效果,由此被认为它开创了治疗RA的新纪元.
