工程项目施工阶段的风险评估研究

建设工程施工阶段面临众多风险,其中既有来自项目本身或承包商自身原因的内部风险,又有来自业主或其它意外原因等外部风险.准确识别和正确评估这些风险影响的大小,提前做好防范风险预案,对顺利完成项目施工任务具有重要意义.利用AHP法与ABC分类法原理,对施工阶段的风险进行排序分级,评估方法简洁实用,对提高工程施工阶段风险评估研究有一定的理论借鉴意义.

The project building phase possesses a lot of hazards. Some are for the reasons of the project itself and contractor while some are for the client and other unforeseen accidents. Though the damage which the hazard create to the project is tremendous and inevitable,it can be decreased to the minimum by accurately understanding and correctly assessing the hazard,and taking strict precautions in advance.The hazard on the project building phase are assessed by using AHP method and ABC classification rule,analysed and reasoned rationally as well as referred the specialist's experiences. The calculation is simple and result is concise.The pragmatic method possesses significant reference value to enhance hazard administrative level and establish hazard administrative scheme beforehand.
