摘要
在混凝沉淀-铁炭微电解-中和沉淀法预处理合成橡胶冲洗废水工艺过程中,混凝沉淀和中和沉淀部分以及反应器中铁炭比、pH、气水比、停留时间对拉开粉去除效率产生了影响,对此进行了试验研究及分析.结果表明,微电解参数范围为Fe∶C=1∶1,2∶1,4∶1;pH=3,4,5;气水比为11,19,24;停留时间为30,40,60min.混凝沉淀、微电解、中和沉淀三个单元各去除拉开粉5%~10%,60%~70%,10%~20%;去除CODCr30%~40%,10%~20%,10%~20%.
A experimental study is made to analyse the effect of coagulating sedimentaion and neutralized sedimentation to the removal rate of nekal BX,and that of ironcarbon ratio,PH,gaswater ratio and retention period in the reactor during the rubber compounding wastewater pretreatment process of coagulating sedimentation-ironcarbon microelectrolysisneutralized sedimentation method.The results show that when the microelectrolysis parameter scope is Fe∶C=1∶1,2∶1,4∶1,PH=3,4,5,gaswater ratio=11,19,24,reaction time 30,40,60 min,the removal rate of nekal BX in three parts (coagulating sedimentation,microelectrolysis and neutralized sedimentation) is separately 5%~10%,60%~70%,10%~20%,and that of COD_(Cr) is 30%~40%,10%~20%,10%~20%.
