摘要
简要介绍了变磁阻式直线脉冲电动机(Linearpulsemotor LPM)的结构型式、分类、工作原理及单边平板型LPM利用气隙磁导计算电磁推力的方法.重点分析了LPM静态力移特性、力移特性与气隙磁导的关系及LPM电磁推力的计算.对样机进行了现场测试,相关数据基本与理论设计值相吻合.
Linear motors have relative simple structures,and are very convenient for using and maintaining.However,their electromagnetic features can be very complex,therefore they are quite different from traditional revolving motor in designing and perforemnce analyzing.On the base of analyzing of motor magnetic circuit,the present investigation developed a LPM prototype motor.By means of running characteristics investigating and applying environment defining of this prototype motor,a reasonable control programme is drawn up,which can weaken the affects of LPM fringeeffect and endeffect.Additionally,the present investigation enhances staticthrust of the motor through conducting experiments and optimalizing design methods.
