胃肠激素与不同类型反流所致食管炎的相关性 被引量:1

摘要 目的:通过动物实验探讨胃肠激素与不同类型反流引起食管炎的相关性.方法:用不同手术制作单纯胃食管反流(G组)、单纯十二指肠食管反流(D组)、十二指肠胃混合食管反流(DG组)及无反流对照组(C组)动物模型,于术后不同时期取静脉血,用放射免疫法测定血浆促胃液素(GAS)和血管活性肠肽(VIP)含量.结果:反流性食管炎程度由轻至重依次为D组、DG组、G组.术后1wk时D组血浆GAS含量(6.1pg/ml)较对照组(26.5pg/ml)明显降低(P<0.01),G组(48.3pg/ml)和DG组(46.9pg/ml)升高(P<0.05),4wk时仍维持相同趋势.D组、DG组血浆VIP含量在术后1wk时无明显变化,4wk时2组VIP含量(117.4pg/ml,88.1pg/ml)均高于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05),而G组1wk时轻度降低,4wk时升高(75.6pg/ml,P<0.05vsC组33.8pg/ml),D组与G组间比较差别显著(P<0.05).结论:不同反流类型引起的GAS和VIP改变不同,可能与其所致食管炎的程度不同有关.胃肠激素与反流性食管炎的发生密切相关.
