卵巢巨大巧克力囊肿误诊为结核性腹膜炎7a 1例 被引量：1

摘要 目的:报告1例卵巢巨大巧克力囊肿误诊为结核性腹膜炎7a病例,分析误诊原因,以引起临床医生注意.方法:全面回顾该患者临床、化验、及检查的病历资料,诊疗过程、术中情况和手术后病理诊断.结果:临床资料、术中情况和手术后病理证实该患者为卵巢巨大巧克力囊肿.结论:遇到原因不明的女性血性腹水患者,即使无痛经史,排除其他原因所致腹水,不能忽视卵巢巧克力囊肿的诊断.
