玉米细胞质雄性不育材料WBMs的胞质分类研究

Classification of Male Sterile Cytoplasms of WBMs in Maize(Zea mays L.)

利用雄花育性恢复专效性测定、mtDNA的RFLP分析、类质粒鉴定等 3种玉米不育细胞质分类的方法 ,对华中农业大学从人工混合群体WBM中发现的玉米新细胞质雄性不育材料“WBMs”进行了胞质分类的研究 ,3种分析鉴定的结果一致表明 ,WBMs的不育胞质属于S组雄性不育细胞质 ,研究结果为拓展我国玉米细胞质雄性不育种质 。
