摘要
比较了水稻早熟恢复系 4 0 2的体细胞无性系及其杂种F1 的粒形及碾米品质的变异特点。结果表明 ,R3株系与供体亲本籽粒间及体细胞组培杂种R1 F2 与亲本杂种F2 籽粒间米质性状的总体差异达极显著水平。R3的粒宽、粒厚、糙米率、精米率倾小值变异 ;R1 F2 的粒长、长 宽比、长 厚比及整精米率等指标倾大值变异。R3代的糙米率及精米率与整精米率呈显著正相关 ,而 5个粒形性状与整精米率相关不显著 ;R1 F2 代的精米率、粒宽及粒厚与整精米率呈显著正相关 ,粒长、长 宽比及长 厚比与整精米率呈显著负相关 ;R3代与R1 F2 代的粒宽、长 宽比、长 厚比呈极显著负相关。主成分聚类分析表明 ,体细胞组培系R3米质性状的变异类型较体细胞组培杂种R1 F2 多 ,但粒形及碾米品质均较好的R1 F2
The characters of the grain shape and milling quality of somatic progenies from regenerated plants and their F 1 hybrids in rice early maturing restores line 402 were studied. It was found that the difference of the grain quality characters between the plant lines of R 3 generation and their parent, the hybrids of R 1F 2 and parent F 2 were significant at 1% level. The direction of variation of the grain quality characters included grain width, grain thickness, brown rice rate and milled rice rate in R 3 trended to lower value, while grain length, ratio of grain length to width, ratio of grain length to thickness and head milled rice rate in R 1F 2 trended to higher value. The correlation coefficients between 5 grain shape characters and head milled rice rate were not significant in R 3. There were significantly positive correlations between grain width, grain thickness, milled rice rate and head milled rice rate respectively, significantly negative correlations between grain length, ratio of grain length to width, grain length to thickness and head milled rice rate respectively in R 1F 2. There were very significantly negative correlations between R 3 and R 1F 2 among grain width, ratio of grain length to width and grain length to thickness. Cluster analysis based on 4 selected principal component from 8 characters included grain shape and milling quality of somatic lines and their F 1 hybrids showed that the type of variation of grain quality characters in R 3 was more than that in R 1F 2, but the number of F 1 hybrids which had both good grain shape and milling quality was more than that of their male parents.
