头孢替唑钠在输液中与维生素C配伍的稳定性考察 被引量:1

摘要 考察头孢替唑钠与维生素 C 在5%葡萄糖注射液中配伍的稳定性。[方法]采用 RP-HPLC 法,对输液中头孢替唑钠及维生素 C 的含量进行测定。色谱条件:色谱柱:Thermo Hypersil-Key-stone C_(18)柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相:水-乙腈-冰醋酸(81:18:1),流速:1.0ml/min,紫外检测波长:254nm。[结果]在37℃下,头孢替唑钠与维生素 C 在5%葡萄糖注射液中配伍后,4小时内头孢替唑钠含量在89.0%以上,8小时其含量仅有86.3%,而维生素 C 的含量4小时为93.5%,8小时含量仅有86.5%,[结论]临床上需要头孢替唑钠与维生素 C 配伍时,最好在4小时内用完。 [AIM]To Investigate the stabili- ty of ceftezole sodium and vitamin C in 5% GS transfusion.[METHODS]RP- HPLC was applied to quantitative analysis of ceftezole sodium and vitamin C in 5% GS transfusion.Chromatographic conditions were Thermo Hypersil-Keystone C18 Col- umn(4.6 mm×250mm,5μm),mobile phase:water-acetonitrile-acetic acid(81: 18:1),flow rate:1.0ml/min,and UV de- tection wavelength:254nm.[RESULTS]At 37℃,4 hours after ceftezole sodium and vitamin C were mixed in 5% GS transfu- sion,the contents of ceftezole sodium and vitamin C were 89.0% or more and 93.5% respectively.After 8 hours,their contents were only 86.3% and 86.5% re- spectively.[CONCLUSION]In clinical practice,if it is required that ceftezole sodium is mixed with vitamin C,the mixture should be used within 4 hours.
