自发性脑干出血患者自主神经系统功能变化的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的 探讨自发性脑干出血后自主神经系统 (ANS)功能变化及出血部位对 ANS的影响。方法 对 2 1例急性自发性脑干出血患者 (观察组 )于发病后前 6周的血浆儿茶酚胺浓度进行测定 ,并对其心电图的低频带 (L FB)和高频带 (HFB)进行分析 ,然后与正常对照组比较。结果 观察组延髓出血患者与对照组比较 ,其超急性期、急性期心电图 L FB和超急性期 HFB明显降低 (P<0 .0 5 ,0 .0 1) ;非延髓出血患者心电图的 L FB、HFB无明显差异 ,但其超急性期、急性期血浆肾上腺素浓度明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 观察组延髓出血患者存在短暂的 ANS功能障碍 ,非延髓出血患者 Objective To investigate the change of autonomic nervous system(ANS) function in patients with spontaneous brainstem hemorrhage and the influences of the location of hemorrhage in brainstem on the function of ANS Methods Plasma level of catecholamines in 21 cases with acute spontaneous brainstem hemorrhage (observe group) during the first 6 weeks after stroke were measured,and the low frequency bands(LFB) and high frequency bands(HFB) of electrocardio gram were analyzed,then compared to normal controls Results LFB in the hyperacute,the acute phases and HFB in the hyperacute phase were significantly smaller in patients with medullary hemorrhage(P<0 01) LFB and HFB in patients with non medullary hemorrhage did not differ significantly from controls,and their plasma level of epinephrine in the hyperacute and acute phases were significantly higher than those in controls(P<0 01) Conclusion There is transient dysfunction of ANS in patients with medullary hemorrhage in contrast to those with non medullary brainstem hemorrhage
