复杂性算法在汽车车牌定位中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文利用非线性方法中的复杂性测度来量度图像中含有的信息量,实现车牌定位。其方法是先选定一个大小合适的窗口,然后计算窗口取出区域的复杂性KC特征值,计算结束后滑动窗口,每滑动一次计算一次窗口取出区域的KC特征值。结果根据所计算的KC特征值的高低,可以得出车牌区。针对车牌内部图像的复杂度与背景有较大差异的特征,将复杂性测度应用到汽车车牌定位技术中,有广泛的应用前景。 Objective To use the complexity measures of non-linear method measured the information in the image,and locate a license based on complexity.Method First a suited window was selected.Next the Kolmogorov complexity of the region was calculated,which the selected window selected.After calculated,corresponding to the window moving the complexity of the region was calculated newly.Result Based on the complexity the license location can be detected.Conclusion The difference between the complication of background and the complication in the image is obvious.In allusion to the character, apply the complexity measures to the automobile license plate location.Experiments proved this study had wide application foreground.
