环境正义问题的提出是和现代民法的社会化发展倾向不可分割的。环境问题社会利益的日益突出 ,环境资源的分配不公也在很大程度上推动了传统民法向现代民法的转变。中国的环境政策也应当从环境正义的立场出发 ,才能更好地适应国际经济发展的新趋势 ,从而更好地促进中国环境和经济的协调发展。

Environmental justice problems and the developmental tendency of contemporary civil law's socialization are closely related. And to a great degree, the social benefits along with environmental problems and the distributive injustice of environmental resources both cause the transition from the traditional civil law to contemporary civil law. In order to better adjust to the new trend of international economic development, China's environmental policy should be based on environmental justice, so that the environment and economy in our country can be developed harmoniously. ;
