摘要
提出了一种对称加载铁氧体波导差相移式四端环行器 ,利用HFSS软件的仿真分析和高功率实验研究的方法对该环行器进行了仿真设计和优化 ,并验证了预期的高功率设计指标。给出了仿真分析结果和实验数据 ,分析了波导中对称加载铁氧体样品对波导中电磁场分布的影响 。
A 4 port waveguide differential phase shift circulator symmetrically loaded with ferrite samples is introduced. The circulator is designed and optimized by using HFSS software and high power experiment study. The expected high power performances for the circulator are verified. The results of the HFSS analysis and experiment are given. The effects on electromagnetic field distributions in the waveguide due to ferrite samples symmetrically loaded are analyzed. In addition, several problems about high power design are discussed.
