一步法制备的ZnO-硼硅酸铅锌玻璃压敏电阻电性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 以四足状纳米ZnO粉末为原料 ,以制备硼酸铅锌玻璃的氧化物替代硼酸铅锌玻璃直接进行共烧结 ,制备出了ZnO 硼硅酸铅锌玻璃压敏电阻 ,并对其电性能进行了研究。研究结果表明 :最佳添加量为 13 0wt%~ 17 4wt%。当添加量在 13 0wt%~ 17 4wt%时 ,在 90 0~ 1170℃温度范围 ,烧结温度对压敏电阻的漏电流IL 和非线性系数α的影响很小。含 13 0wt%添加剂的样品 ,其最大非线性系数α和最小漏电流IL 分别为 38 7和 1 7μA。烧结温度的降低主要源自于纳米ZnO粉末和添加了硼酸铅锌玻璃“形成”氧化物。 The electrical properties of the varistors based on ZnO-lead zinc borosilicate glass and prepared from tetrapod ZnO nanopowders by the method of direct co-sintering synthesis of the oxides instead of adding amorphous lead zinc borosilicate frit, are were the raw materials for preparing borosilicate frit, were studied. The results show that the optimum content of the additives is 13.0 wt%~17.4 wt%. When the adding content of B 2O 3, PbO and SiO 2 is at the range from 13.0 wt% to 17.4 wt%, there is very little influence of the sintering temperature on the nonlinear coefficient α and leakage current I L at the temperature range from 900~1 170℃. The electrical properties are nonlinear coefficient α=38.7 and leakage current I L=1.7 μA for the varistors with 13.0 wt%. The reason of decrease in the sintering temperature is attributed to using tetrapod ZnO nanopowders and adding lead zinc borosilicate glass “forming” oxides.
