摘要
用铂浆和银浆通过涂覆、焙烧工序在ZrO2 电解质片上制备铂和银电极 ,在 4 0 0~ 6 0 0℃、大气条件下用“三电极”法测取了这些电极的极化曲线 ,发现铂、银电极有近乎相同的极化规律 ,银电极的极化倾向大于铂电极。由此建议 ,在工作温度不太低、工作电流很小条件使用的ZrO2 气体氧传感器 ,可考虑采用银作电极材料。
Silver and platinum electrodes are fabricated on ZrO 2 electrolyte with silver and platinum paste. The polarization curves of the electrodes are measured with ‘three electrodes’method in a temperature range 400℃ to 600℃ under the atmosphere. The silver electrode and Pt electrode behaved same in polarization,and polarization tendency of silver electrode greater than that of Pt electrode are shown. The electrodes of ZrO 2 oxygen sensor can be made with silver when the working temperature is not very low and working electric current is very small.
