本文从国内临床工程发展历史分析入手 ,对临床工程发展的宏观环境进行了分析 ,并对国内外同行的实践经验进行了概括总结 ,提出了当前医院临床医学工程学科工作模式应从单纯的“以维修为中心”转向“以设备安全质量管理为中心”

This paper is started with analyzing the development and the history of domestic clinical engineering, analyzing the macro-environment of clinical eng ineering and summarizing the practice experiences of domestic and foreign CE dep artment. This paper takes out a new idea which is that clinical engineering work ing mode should be changed from“working around repairing” to“working around e quipment quality control and safety management”.
